Yesterday we had a cookout with our family. It was our nephew Skyler's first time in our pool. Since we got the pool I've been looking forward to seeing him in it.... he was a little frightened at first & it was chilly, but he ended up having a good time. Captured some CUTE pics of him.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to my best friend, soul mate, crazy loving husband. I swear I couldn't be happier than I am with you. You're always there for me and I know I can count on you for anything. We're so much alike it's almost scary, lol. JUNE 23, 2012 by far the BEST day of my life. The words I say can't begin to touch the subject of my love for you, it's indescribable. God answered many prayers when he sent you to be my husband. I'll love you always.... more and more everyday! I look forward to growing old with you. 1 YEAR AND COUNTING....

Mac, the hunter.

We spent the afternoon at my parent's house cooking out on this beautiful Spring day!!! Below is my momma's baby, Mac. He likes to hide under the bushes to hunt for birds. He's a pretty good hunter & catches him a few from time to time. This is one of the sweetest cats I've been around. I'm not really a cat person. I'm more of a dog lover but this cat is a sweetie & has to love on everyone he comes in contact with.

Medlin's Memories

New name..... Medlin's Memories Photography! Right now I am doing very limited sessions since I am new at this and don't really have the time to book sessions but I will do sessions for close friends & family at this time. Keep an eye out for future bookings available! Maybe one day I can work part time and actually make this & my crochet business my full time job! That would be wonderful.... but for now I'll shoot close friends and family for a small fee since I am learning and will get better with practice. I LOVE taking photos so I'll have fun with this! I'm very excited I get to shoot my best friend's engagement photos and bridal portraits.

Bethabara, Pilot Mountain, & Mount Airy

Today since my husband had to work I spent the day with my parents. We took a trip to a Bethabara, which is a Moravian settlement from the 1700's. We stopped by Pilot Mountain then went on to Mount Airy, where we went to the Andy Griffith Museum and rode by his childhood home. We had a fun day!
